Fees

We are a charitable organisation gaining CIO status and are non profit, actually we are running at a loss. We also have parents and parishioner volunteering for us to further reduce costs. This is why we can keep fees low without any reduction in quality of education:-

FEES

Monthly instalments for a Child two day a week at the Academy are:-    £100 (Total Fees per annum  £1000)

Monthly instalments for families with a 3rd child will have 25% off         £75

Monthly instalments for families with a 4th child will have 50% off         £50

We want to attract bigger families so the 5th, 6th and 7th children will be free of charge.

For example if a family had 4, 5 or 6 Children at the Academy you would be paying the same fee of £3250 per annum.

Monthly payment of fees and security deposit:

Payment for Academy fees is due on the first of each calendar month.  The first payment is to be made on 1st August, prior to the beginning of the academic year.  The final monthly payment is due on 1st May of the following year.

The early payment of fees in August helps to ensure that the Academy has sufficient resources for upfront costs at the beginning of the academic year.  The initial payment will also serve as a security deposit. In the event that a family withdraws from St Mary’s Academy during the course of the year, fees already paid in advance will not be refunded unless the family gives notice at least three months prior to departure.

Withdrawal of a Pupil:

In all cases, in the event that a family withdraws from the St Mary's Academy during the course of an academic year, fees already paid in advance will not be refunded by the Academy unless the family gives notice of at least three months prior to departure.

External Examination:

The cost of enrolment in, and assessment by, any and all external examination (including but not limited to GCSE and A-Level subjects etc.) will be borne exclusively by the parents of the child(ren) concerned. The Academy will not be liable for any costs relating to external examination but commits to providing, where possible, teaching and tutoring in order to prepare students for such assessment, should they choose to pursue it.

Payment can be made either by cheque payable to Mr Raymond Cilia or by bank transfer with a reference to:
